| What is included in the Futures Market Pro service? |
Futures Market Pro can be customized specifically to your information needs by creating and tracking your own futures watch lists. You can also set alerts on securities or on market indicators so that FMPro will notify you when they reach pre-assigned values. You always have the flexibility to request additional information or change your requirements at any time.
Futures Market Pro is a push and pull service. The user
can get push messages and request data from real-time information feeds via
their RIM 950™ and 957™, RIM 850™ and 857™ device.
The Futures Market Pro application provides the following
functionality:

Snap Quote: Retrieve pricing information on demand, including the time, price, and volume of the most recent trades. Customize the real-time Snap Quote display by selecting the quote information fields you want to view.

Watch Lists: Track the performance of multiple equities at once. Save an unlimited number of Watchlists, each containing up to 50 symbols.
·
Charts: Chart various aspects of a stock's performance over a variety of historical periods. For example, use the 2-Year chart to view historical price fluctuation and trading volume. Charts include: Price & Volume, Daily Price Change, Daily Price % Change, viewed in 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1, 2 and 5 years.

Alerts flag: Specify criteria for event-triggered alerts, so that you're notified in near-real time when your commodity has performed. Alerts will appear in your in-box.

Application loader: service is available via the OTAP platform (over the air programming)

Futures Market Pro is primarily designed for traders to follow Commodities quotes. However, users can sign up for additional exchange information (such as Equity exchanges), as they are available as Optional Exchanges via Futures Market Pro. |

| How many Commodities can be kept in a Watch List? |
Each individual Watch List can track up to 50 items. A user can save an unlimited number of Watch Lists in their Futures Market Pro account. |

| How often can I change my Watch Lists, etc.? |
Individual Watch Lists can be changed and saved as often as desired, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, from your device or by login to your account on the Futures Market Pro website. |

No, as long as you have permission for an exchange the data in not delayed. |

| Can I view a commodities’ performance graphically? |
Yes, choose Charts, it displays a list of available charts; Highlight “Charts” and press ENTER and the specified Chart is displayed. |

5MB of RAM is required to run Futures Market Pro application on the RIM devices. |

Futures Market Pro utilizes the Semotus OTAP Platform. Once you have installed the Semotus Application Loader and Futures Market Pro on your device, you will be able to download future releases of Futures Market Pro directly to your wireless handheld via over-the-air-programming. |

At the end of the sign in process you will see a link to download the application or you can email the helpdesk@semotus.com and the application will be emailed to you. |

| Why do I get blank responses on my device? |
Your device may not be receiving messages properly. To test this, send yourself a message. Next, verify that your radio functions are enabled. If you know you can receive other messages properly, go into your Outbox. See if your queries have successful check marks next to them. If your queries are not delivered, you may have a transmitter problem or your device provider may have limited radio coverage in your area. |

| What documentation is provided with Futures Market Pro? |
Clients will receive a Futures Market Pro User Guide and a Getting Started Guide. All clients will receive some form of one-on-one personalized product training with either a Semotus Solutions sales or customer support representative. |

| What types of questions will be answered? |
Semotus Solutions performs Customer Support Services in a manner consistent with reasonable applicable industry standards. They are responsible for providing prompt and accurate solutions regarding the usage of Futures Market Pro. The Semotus Support Group does not provide support for other applications residing on the clients’ device. However, we will assist the client in isolating any problems and recommending an escalation path to be followed.
