Futures Market Pro features Over-the-Air-Programming (OTAP) capabilities. This technology strategically distinguishes FMPro, allowing users to take advantage of the unique graphics and charting abilities. Traders may chart various aspects of a stock's performance over a variety of historical periods, and can then analyze stock fluctuation and trading volume over a specified period of time. OTAP also allows users to add or upgrade Semotus applications directly from their RIM device, simplifying the download of new or updated applications.

Futures Market Pro is a dynamic addition to Semotus’ suite of Wireless Financial Applications. It’s designed to give the individual or institutional professional instant access to real-time, professional futures data anytime … anywhere.

Futures Market Pro can be customized for individual information needs and can track market events concerning contracts, create and track custom watch lists and have news immediately available, when it’s needed. FMPro offers the flexibility to request additional information or change requirements at any time from the Internet or from the device.

  • Snap Quotes: Retrieve and customize pricing information on demand.
  • Watch Lists: Track the performance of multiple commodities at once and save up to 100 lists, each containing up to 20 symbols.
  • Charts: View Price & Volume, Daily Price Change, and Daily Price % Change on your choice of equities and historical period, including 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1, 2, and 5 years.
  • Market Watch: Get real-time performance information on major market indices and exchange activity such as most actives, net gainers and net losers.
  • News: Dow Jones Newswires, Reuters News and Comtex News Searches. News headlines list the latest stories for the specified symbol. Browse the list of headlines that you receive and select which full stories you want to download directly to your handheld.
  • Time and Sales: Retrieve the time, price and trade volume of a symbol's most recent trades.
  • Symbol Lookup: Perform real-time symbol searches and retrieval by company name.
